Message from Dr. Row:

“One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to mental health care. My name is Dr. Kelsey Row, and I created Symmetry Psychiatry as an alternative to large companies and healthcare systems that only see you as a number.

Having started my career at a national group practice, I learned both the good and bad of what large mental health companies have to offer. While these companies have certainly increased access to mental health care, their business model requires high volume and short appointments which makes it nearly impossible to establish rapport with patients at a depth that is needed to provide best-in-class mental health services.

This experience inspired me to create a practice that combines ease of access with personalized care - cutting edge tools and platforms to make booking appointments and requesting refills easy, combined with a smaller caseload and more appointment availability to ensure that each patient receives the quality of care they deserve. My priority is to truly get to know you - your goals, experiences, concerns - so that together we can design a treatment plan that is as unique as you are.

I understand that seeking mental health care can be challenging and vulnerable, which is why I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe and supported. I provide compassionate care and attention, paired with years of clinical experience and intensive academic training to help you reach your full potential.”
